Welcome to SMITH PERFORMANCE, the premier sports training provider for football specific athletes of all levels. Our state-of-the-art programs are designed and implemented by our youth master trainer, whose commitment to excellence has earned him a reputation for producing champions. We offer expert training in speed, footwork, footwork correction, coverage, technique, competitive edge, and more, with a focus on football. Our year-round program includes personal and group training, as well as exclusive access to our 7 on 7 and tackle football seasons. Partnering with Division 1 trainers, including those from the University of Oregon, Weber State, OSU, and more, we're changing lives and helping athletes realize their full potential.

SPEED/ENDURANCE TRAINING

Our eight-week program is designed to provide you with the foundational knowledge to improve your performance and see real results. Whether you're a beginner looking to hone your skills or an experienced athlete seeking to take your performance to the next level, we have something for you.


SPEED/AGILITY/7V7
At SMITH PERFORMANCE, we are dedicated to providing top-tier sports training to athletes of all levels. Our approach is centered around developing speed, agility, and overall athleticism in order to elevate each individual’s on-field performance. In Phase 2 of our program, we focus on offense and defensive techniques and movements, working to perfect your athlete's skills in preparation for the 7v7 season. In Phase 3, we create a highly competitive atmosphere, giving your athlete ample repetitions to hone their skills and become a fierce competitor on the field.


TACKLE PREP/SEASON
At Smith Performance, we offer sports training programs that focus on developing the skills and strengths of athletes. Our coaches and trainers design each program with a specific goal in mind, whether it's improving performance on the field, gaining strength and agility, or simply enjoying the sport more fully. Our Phase 3 program is the ultimate season, where athletes can showcase all their hard work and receive continued coaching from the same professionals who have seen their progress.
